Kidcloud is a device and cloud platform for conveyor maintenance and diagnostic. The device needs to be connected to the conveyor network. It will discover the modules in it and send them on the cloud. Based on the module type the platform will collect data from some registers and show warnings and/or error messages if some values go outside some predefined ranges. The platform has an artficial inteligence engine in development that will create rules based on system behaviour while allowing for user intervention for disabling and changind them.

There are many tutorials showing how to increase your conveyor energy efficiency, maintenance cost, mean time before fault. Usually using the dafult settings in the modules as they are manufactured is not the right choise for your system. You can tweak settings to gain better througput or denser storage over the conveyor line.
